The liturgical and decorative objects collection visible in Santa Maria in Albis church is of historical interest because of its temporal and societal coherence.
The altars and altarpieces usually have their original 18th century decor. Some paintings were added / replaced in the 19th century.
You can also see an altarpiece dated 1500 from the old church (altarpiece St. Piette and St. Paul in the eponym chapel), and a canvas of the Rosary dated 1602 (restored in the nineteenth century).
This set also presents a great artistic interest thanks to a virtuous and sometimes rustic declination of Rococo decoration codes and Mannerist statuary that accompanied the Counter-Reformation.
Some furniture and liturgical objects presented in the museum and in the choir are representative of a quality craftsmanship: goldsmith’s work (chalices and reliquaries), cabinet-making (set of choir stalls) and embroidery (chasubles).
Between 1986 and 1988, a rather diversified set of objects was included in the supplementary inventory of Historic Monuments as objects.
The precious liturgical objects are for the most part visible in the museum of the Holy Martyrs Geminian, Saturnin and Valentia chapels.
